HRA is an incredible online platform and support for small businesses who do not always have the funding available to employ their own HRA rep. They are informative and responsive to high pressure situations through easy read documents and pre-prepared checklists to provide high quality support and meet legal obligations.We have been using HRA since the end of 2020 and we do not think we will ever use another HR Service.

I really appreciated Judie's advice regarding a difficult situation I had hiring my first employee. Because the job was so unusual and we wanted them to be able to work their own hours, it was incredibly difficult to find their award and how to employ them. Rather than charging me unnecessarily, Judie was frank and honest in recommending I call the Fair Work Ombudsman for free rather than get charged $750 for having a contract written up when what we needed was compliance advice. Not only are HR Assured services more affordable than EmploySure, I felt like they really listened to what I needed and genuinely helped me rather than were out to make a sale that wasn't what I needed. It's really rare quality of service to find and I sincerely appreciate it, can't recommend them higher! ~ Beb
